Finally Sleep....and Seth

I finally was able to get some sleep last night. I went to bed (the recliner) at 9pm, causing my DH to make a hunt all over the house to find me later because he forgot I said I would use the recliner - duh!

I allowed myself to sleep until 4am, got up until 5am, then took another hour's nap on the couch, lying down successfully, until 6am. Now I'll do computer things for another hour and then leave and grab some breakfast. I'm not healthy yet, and I still have days on the antibiotics left, but I'll do the full course and get this out of my system. I'm starting to have hope.

Timing-wise, this couldn't have been much worse. My friend Seth, (see the great pic above) who I get to see only rarely, will be in town for the next couple of days while he works the Foo Fighters show at the Xcel center scheduled for the 14th. I felt that because of my bronchitis and general ill health, plus the fact that my DH always gets really upset when I see Seth, even though it is completely platonic and just two really good friends getting together for a drink and some catching up. My DH is under enough stress right now and I don't want to add to any of it, and even though I'm feeling better, I'm far from recovered yet. So I emailed Seth and begged off. I know he understands, but I'm really sad that I'm missing this chance to see a good friend once again.
