How many hours do I have?

Today is my "day off" and the list of things I have to accomplish today is longer than my height (relatively speaking). Oy! I have to call the accountant and get appointments set for the company and the personal income taxes to be prepped. I have to go to two different banks - one just for a deposit, the other to return and re-order checks that were printed incorrectly (sigh). I have to go to the art supply store (this one is at least a fun errand) and get the brush pens I promised to buy for my DH. I have to go grocery shopping, I have at least two loads of laundry to do, I also need to get a mail order into the mail.

On the creative side, I'm struggling with the drabble prompt for this week, so I need to continue my battle and end up with something that will work. I need to finish reading CB's OEAM Big Bang story and determine which part(s) I want to illustrate, and I want to begin work on that because I really miss having a pencil and tortillion in my hand. And I need to get the Photoshop CS5 working on DH's computer. If I can't get that working properly, I'll have to ask Seth to take care of it overnight. It's no problem to just leave the computer on for him to access.

Somewhere in between all of this, I'd like to phone my friend M in California again, just because it's so much fun to catch up with her and hear about what's going on in her life. I can color my other illustration at the same time, that would work out fine. And I have HOW MANY HOURS to accomplish all of this???? Yeah! Right! LOL. I'm laughing hysterically!
Half-way done and I realized I need a natural sponge to complete one artwork. So...off to the store I go. But I got a new battery in my car (breathe a sigh of relief that I won't be stalled without options in a cold day now). Guess groceries would also be a good idea? LOL.

I'm focused, GF :-) Found the perfect pose for one of my pics so I'll draw that out this afternoon between letting colors of paint dry to avoid bleeding colors. I'm liking my day so far...

Well, I did finish the painting and will post it tomorrow. I started the drawing, but one facial proportion is a bit tough, so I'll scan my master in tomorrow and grid it tomorrow night, it will be easier that way. In the meanwhile, I have one other one that I can work with in the meanwhile. All in all it has been a very productive day.

Thanks, so far things are progressing smoothly. I just hope I get the looks I want in my artwork by the end of the day...

so excited to just pick up my sketchbook and pencils again...
Without a doubt! I have too many "possibles" marked in your story, I'll have to do some culling :-)
